Real Simple Syndication of information is really a time saving tool in this fast moving society. Working on a public desk means to have as much information as possible readily available for the public. RSS comes in very handy in this service. Saving the information links such as weather, health and and other hot topics that people would look for everyday saves enormous time and effort.

You've got it exactly. That's exactly why RSS is a nice service. We're hoping BPL will be able to offer it at some point, so people can just go to their feed readers and find out about our events etc. in the same spot they go to get their weather stuff.
